The apartment is located in the wider center of Prague (Prague Vršovice district), with excellent access to the historic center of Prague. There is a tram stop right next to the building, with a travel time of less than 10 minutes to the historic city center. The apartment faces a quiet courtyard with a view of greenery.

Ideal for families or larger groups

The apartment consists of two living rooms, one with a standard bedroom and the other with a built-in sleeping loft (1,7 m high). There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room with a dining table.

Amenities

The apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances for cooking, a TV in each room with internet connection (NETFLIX, YouTube, etc.) and powerful WIFI throughout the apartment.

For your maximum comfort and ample storage space, our apartment measures 60 m 2. You can easily store all your personal belongings.

Surroundings

All amenities are located in the immediate vicinity of the building, including countless restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and a tram stop for the main line to the historic center of Prague (within a 10-minute ride). The large Eden shopping center is located 5 minutes from the apartment. Parking is available on the street in front of the building (paid on weekdays).

This is a modern and fairly large apartment on the ground floor in a nice residential area. It's very easy to get to the city center, and the neighborhood is more relaxed and less touristy, with nice buildings, restaurants, and cafes. I will definitely come back here.
